The highlight of the autumn is here again – welcome to Magna Carta’s Fresher Party with the theme "Pop Culture Icons" 🦸🏼‍♀️👸🏿💃🕺🏽🎸🎭

Have you ever wanted to be "an icon" for a day or the main character in your story? This is your chance to live out your wildest dreams with the other freshers!  

Maybe you find yourself at the roof of the S-building with Spiderman, studying to become an astronaut with Barbie or brewing an anti-AI potion with Harry Potter. At the afterparty you might show off your moonwalking skills to Michael Jackson or hear Britney calling out "Oops" as a group wanders to a wrong place yet again.

 

Please arrive wearing a costume appropriate for the theme and become a part of the freshers Avengers team🥳 The person with the best costume wins a prize!

 

The event will be held at the Seminaarinmäki campus area, and first we will be meeting in front of the L-building. Suitable punishments will be given to people who show up late or wear no costume. The evening is quite long, so feel free to bring snacks and/or beverages with you. Remember also to dress according to the weather.  

 

P.S. The word on the street is that our judges may be prone to all sorts of bribery… 👀
