Only students who study English as their major or minor subject in the University of Jyväskylä can be members of Magna Carta.
In the future, Magna Carta’s memberships and event tickets will be found in one place: Kide.app. The system automatically verifies the validity of memberships, making it easier to purchase event tickets at member price. As a member of our association, you can easily edit your user account or membership-related information on Kide.app in the “My Account” section, as well as through the membership card in the Kide.app wallet. In the future, membership can be proven by showing either the Kide.app membership card or Magna Carta’s membership sticker.
As an existing member, you can activate your membership for free. Please go to Kide.app, create a username or log in with your existing credentials, and activate your membership through the following links:

If you have English as your minor, choose the year you received the right to study English.
Students who started their studies in 2016 or earlier and still have valid student status can purchase a membership from the 2023 registry.
Once you have activated your membership, it will become pending for confirmation until the board’s Kide.app-representatives activate it.
